That will be bloody hard work though & time consuming. If you do suceed with scratch x & achieve reasonable correction then you can always put a few layers of srp down to mask the worser remaining swirls etc.
If that fails get yourself a pc, think you can get kestrel for £60 or so? They are worth every penny!
your never going to really remove swirls by hand, as mentioned above AutoGlym SRP is probably your best bet, but that only masks swirls by filling in the gaps.
There are purpose swirl removing products but your arm will fall off before you see results!
