Taking out the dashboard..

Due to Charles Hursts *****ing around with getting my glovebox rattle sorted i've decided to rip the thing out myself and have a Jeff Jook. Has anyone here removed the dash before and if so, what does it entail?

Hmmmmm, will taking the top of the dash off get me the access I need to the glove box?
