i've joined the forum as i'm looking for a 172 cup for my girlfriend (which i'll hopefully get to use aswel).

guy- no mate, i've got the recaros pictured above, the 1.1 seats were truly minging!

spec: piper 285 cams, s/s exhaust, 4 branch manifold, longmans ported head, jenvey 40mm tb's, EFI ecu.

i dont think tb's actually like being force fed air, my mate put a bonnet vent in to feed his and is was noticably slower! wierd.

it would be better if the trumpets were a bit longer but theres sod all room in a 106 and i didnt want to cut the scuttle panel.

thats excellent looks like a lot of work has gone into it (i prefer the standard rtear lights though, and i'm not that keen on the exhaust - but i'm a fussy sod lol)

cat-171- i posted an engine spec on page 1 i think. the exhaust is going to be changed soon, probably for a group N. the rear lights look spot on in the flesh, but of course they wont be to everyones taste.

the rallyes got some new wheels, gti rear beam, 206gti brakes and a 16v lump now. it flys! did you buy a clio?

No i got myself a Fabia vRS but have owned a few clios in the past so am i always taking a look round these parts.

ah right mate, they're quite cool.

glad you are liking the rallye, we still havnt sorted the bonnet but a full respray might be on the cards soon! (if budget allows)

a few people have said it should still have the steelies on but i think the speedlines look great.
