The 9ine!

Car  RB One Eight Two
Spent this weekend up and around Norwich with some mates and gave the 182 a rest. I spent all of Sunday riding in my mates EK9. This car is absolutely insane, the noise, and the handling is phenominal! I want one!

I few pics off my iPhone

Looks immense to be fair.

Has the guy done a lot of refurb work on it or was it bought as clean as that.

He had it imported from Japan back in August/September. When he picked it up it was covered in black dust from the crossing but after spending 2 days cleaning it, it came up a treat. No refurb work at all

I can't really see the wheels on my screen but would look a little subtler with non black wheels on there.

They are Rota Slips. He has got the original white wheels still, but Ithink these came up for sale on EK9.org and were a bargain..

It does look very clean, but I just don't see what all the fuss is about with them.
I'd say similar appeal as the FRP.

Handling and it's about how they feel when you drive them.

That car will feel special to drive.

A 1.6 jap hatch = Insane.

This place is going further and further down hill.

The "I <3 my Honda" sticker is what makes me hate JDM bummers even more!

Looks s**t too! Black wheels, why?!

Alot of EK9 owners run with black Rota Slips, or Rega's. The Turini of the EK9 world.

I like it, bar the sticker.

Wheels and the sticker do let it down IMO too. Headlights are dark grey/anthracite bodied on 9's rather than the bright silver on a normal EK/EJ.
