the cheapest car to insure





what is the cheapest car to insure?i want to start another policy with another company on anohter car as i had a crash on my current policy so wont get a years no claims at the end of the year but will be able to transfer the cheap policy to my car and gain the years no claims,

so anyone know what the cheapest car to insure will be?

cheapest iirc is a fiat chinquecento.

go check out the insurance groupings at www.parkers.co.uk and you can see all cars in each group etc.

You cant do that as when you insure the cheaper car you must declare your crash and your previous claim :(

i got a quote for the crack on a reliant robin and it was £150 fully comp with protected no clims!

just get a really really old car, a m8 used to have some 600cc thing that was worth about £50 and took ages to move anywhere lol

must have been cheap 2 insure, just look 4 older cars with really low engines

technically the cheapest car to insure would be:

1. In Group 1 insurance
2. Small engine with low output
3. Mass produced with cheap parts

some minis are group 2 i think or you can sometimes transfer NCB from a bike i think, if you just have a scooter maybe that would work?
