The hunt begins

Right, i can't take it any longer. I have to get another clio. As some of you may or may not know i sold my last one to fund the wedding/new house deposit.

I have had a couple of cheaper to run cars, which has resulted in me currently bombing around on a little honda pcx 125 scooter. I had visions of doing my full bike test and doing the whole big bike thing but i dont think its for me. And besides i have just missed my 172 too much.

So i am now seriously considering/on the hunt for a nice ph1.

The chances are it will be a weekend toy as i cycle to work sun, rain or snow. This means it will be able to rest in my garage and only come out on the nice days.

Mileage isn't an issue just as long as its been looked after.

Oh and sell the hairdryer!

My clio is mostly a weekend toy as well, best way for it I love that on turinis.. as much as I hate them. What coilovers was that on?

I would go similar on a ph1 although not turinis. Coilovers, 16" o.z f1's (if i can find them) and a sabelt renaultsport steering wheel.

16" f1s hard to get hold of them? I feel my car needs them, as i like F1s but personally think 15s are too small

Your Iceberg is basically identical to mine! Although it's lower (i need to adjust my coilies as I want it lower!)... I think yours looks bloody amazing! (not biased at all!)

Have fun looking for a ph1! I think the front end of the ph1 is amazing! Looks so damn good! Just a shame about the dash! But I wouldn't let that bother me for a weekend toy!
