The 'I' button on my BB isn't working?

Cannot use the 'I' button on my BB Curve. Tried battery pull/quick pull but no joy. Has no reason to stop, just has?

I had this happen to mine, I fixed it by microwaving it on a defrost setting for 10 seconds. Can't promise it'll work for you though.

I put a thermomiter sp in the microwave as a child to see how hot I could get it and it went on fire ( thermomiter sp was electric ) my brother tried to microwave the cat

I wish I could fit in a fridge, heats gone to my head

Anyway, it's working again now thanks, but i keep reading up on Snoogle about all these people microwaving there BB's when the buttons stop working :/
