Heh, so I got my car back again today from the garage, after taking it back so that they could re-do the tracking, fix the bolt in the spare wheel well that they bent and fix the crease in the roof that they missed. I got in the car and put the stereo on, and heard very little music. I had a look in the boot and they have snapped a terminal on one of the 6x9s, snapped the wire going into the sub. ripped the amp off of the back of the sub and placed it on the floor and also when I got home the car kept on cutting out and wouldn't Idle. I showed the boot and the stuff that had happened to my audio equipment and he said 'its just a bit of soldering, whats the problem?' I am writing a letter of complaint to the manager and to my insurance. I will also be phoning the insurance on monday to let them know that I'm taking the car to garages that I know will do a good job and sending them the bill. I nearly punched the guy today I was shocked at how he couldn't see why I was upset at this. Do not EVER take you're car to H Samsons in Bolton, they are the worst garage I have ever been to.
