These discs any good with brembo pads?

Seen these for my 1.2 dynamique (yes I race this car everywhere)

Question is will they be good with Brembo Pads or any other recommended pads?

The heat dissipation on stock discs sucks so bad that the breaks are useless after 5 mins going through the lanes.
The objective is reducing the heat as quick as possible and these look like they can do it.
