These F**king Dents

Need to get some dents sorted on the rear quarter panel and door. How exactly are dents removed just out of interest?

I live in Glasgow, any recommendations.

Push it back out from the inside, or use strong magnet things, or screw a self tapping screw into the middle of the dent and pull it with a pair of plyers. there is probably loads of ways. I had two dents on my rear quarter and i took it to the body shop, he just filled it and blended in the spraying, looks really good, cant tell its been done.

Ive got about 7 small dents (dont ask) so how much should i be looking to pay to get them sorted?

I paid £70, the body shop filled and blended both rear quarters, and sprayed and fitted a spoiler. That is the cheapest i have ever found, and he was good too. I had it quoted somewhere else and they were £250!
