The black bit that my ecu goes into is broken and i need to put my new rsport in. I am going to buy a new one tomorrow and seal my new rsport in it.

can i get one of any clio?

which bit do you mean? the metal bracket that the computer bolts to?

all clio 2s apart from the 1.2 use the same bracket.

so if i got one out of a 1.2 , i could take out the 1.2 ecu and put in my rsport and then plug the whole lot into my cup?

any clio 2 apart from the 1.2 will have the same bracket.get one from a clio 2 phase 2 to be sure though.

you misread it mate.1.2s dont have that bracket but all the rest do.

Mine got forgotten about when I had it chipped and I couldnt be arsed to drive 120 miles to pick it up. Asked renault to quote me for a new one and they said £120!

I mean the metal top cover thingy. I dont have one to look at anymore so I cant really go into more detail!

Oh and im missing the gold washer / nut to the right of it too. I guess thats what stops it wobbling! lol

Erm so yeah...it does wobble, but not what Id call a lot
