Also its now fact that if you send in your shiny new product that maybe only a couple of days old or looked after it.... in return they will send you a brown boxed Refurb unit plus ANY scratches etc....

They refused to give me a new application/install code when I changed my PDA. They referred me to their terms which say it can only be installed on one device.

I simply wrote back saying that no where in their terms did it state what the procedure was if you upgraded your device or broke your device and as such could shove their software up their arse and I'd have a refund unless they gave me a new code.

About 20mins later I got a nice install code. f**k heads.
