Nice shots.
Have a go at doing some in the same place but with a Shutter speed of around 1/3rd of a second......try to time it just before the water hits the wall.

I was quite impressed - Only just got my D40 so still learning how to use it.
The pics were taken in Prestatyn - very nice little town, if a little cold lol

Yeah, was taken with the standard lens. It's good for 99% of shots but I am looking into getting a new one for closer shots. Doesn't quite have enough zoom

looks good mate, ive got an eos 350d that should be arriving tomorrow, cant wait to try out some shooting. my first dslr as well.
