top mount help

ive a mate who has a 182 with the dreaded clicking/cracking topmount problem , im led to believe from past posts that a washer cures this problem the v6 one or similar , has anyone cured this and if so what did they use ie the v6 one or just a certain sized washer (if so what size etc)

Unless you can make your own I wouldn't bother, get some fixed top mounts.

There's people on here that have had some made. Sell them for £8 or £10 a pair, I believe..

I tried to get some a while ago, it was like talking to a brick wall though, it was easier and quicker to get fixed mounts from k-tec.

It can't be too tricky or expensive to get a set of washers made up..

Find someone who has some. Take some dimensions. Easy.

his car is forsale and he doesnt really want to spend alot of money as he has a few things to put right before it goes just ....thanks so far btw guys
