torstion bar lowering??

Springs on the rear iirc..........only MK1's have tortion bars

ah i wasnt too sure so as i did see the springs at the rear but i thought i saw a thread on here asking how to lower it so my 51 plate def no torsion bar ? thankyou for your help

Ive seen that guide before and it looks great...

except it doesnt mention what size bolt you need (assuming it threads into the torsion bar)
