I'm planning on getting a tow strap on the car instead of the cup racer tow eye I have could people put up pics of it any any pics close to it to show fitting to thanks

I enlarged the toe eye hole on the lower grill to make it fit and sit nicely. Only run it on the track though, looks a bit OTT on a fairly standard car stuck in traffic ha

I used to love mine on the flamer, now I just use the standard tow eye if needed.

I've seen a few tow eyes with a sort of hinge or whatever (for want of a better way to describe them), where can I get one of those? I'm looking to paint it purple to match some subtle shiz on mine, am I right in thinking they're stainless? No idea how that would be to paint,so any advice here would be appreciated

Problem I have with tow straps, is if used to pull the car sideways slighty, like out of gravel, it will just rip the front bumper, Stick with a proper tow eye

I injured my friends MX5 when using his tow strap once! Thanks for your reply on my other thread btw Alex, it was very helpful
