Does anybody know if it is possible to sell on a subscription to trafficmaster?

which trafficmaster unit?, i have a freeway unit and all you do is contact trafficmaster with the unit's serial number pay your money and they give you a new 4 digit pin number to type into the unit so the subscription is based on the unit not the person using it.
