whats the best stuff for removing polish stains on plastic, i have tried AG bumper care but it wont remove this one. anything else i can try?

i have had very good results with terps and small nail brush cleaned every bit out than wipe with micro cloth the ag degreaser fineiy bumper dressing im useing mer and pleased with it
