Trip Computer

hi, my clios an expression 1.2 16V and id like to add the trip computer that the dynamique has, my dials are identical really apart from where the dynamique has the silver surround mine is just black but I don’t have the button with the 3 dots on the end of my steering stalk, so what id like to know is what I need to get the trip computer, do all cars have them but just need the button so all I need is a new steering stalk?
