Trip computer

Does anyone know if this is a common fault, or how to fix it..

every few days, my trip computer resets its self, and i've no idea why !!

if anyone know's anything, i'd greatly apreciate any help.

Was it cold mate? weather wise?
Mine does it when its cold, usually down to a weak battery but i've found that mine always fires over first time with no problems at all.
Get it checked at your local garage.

battery isn't flat, as starts no problem, it just resets the trip when ever it feels lke it, bit annoying really !

It is your battery mate mine was just the same swopped my battery and been fine since . It will still start the car ok and if you test the battery it come up fine on the test mine did too, but it WILL be your battery that is causing it

i'll go buy a new one 2moro,

only thing that makes me think it's not that though, as the display for the radio, keeps its time and what not?

aye was the same with me mate, new battery cured it no problem

Yup new battery. One day you will come out to the car and it will die completely. Mine was the same as well. New battery , perfect.
