Tyre Pressures

Got 195/45 15 tyres on a 1.2 mk1 ph2 clio

When i got em they sed they just pump them up to 30psi for all cars.

Anyone know what sort of pressure i shoudl be running?

i would like to know wot pressures are best for running on

i got 195/45/16 and im runnin 29psi all round

also how long should i give my new tyres to wear in?

run slightly higher up front cos of the weight of the engine.......32/30 is probably what most people run

its a measure of pressure not air so it doesnt matter what wheels and tyres you have...
