Unable to view images on the net

for example on autotrader and piston heads etc

What do I need to change in my internet options to be able to view the images as I can't for the life of me remember

Any help would be fantastic

On piston heads I can see the advert pic but not the others attached .. on autotrader I can't even see the advert pic.

In IE, goto > Tools>Internet options, on the Privacy tab check that it is set to 'Medium' also on the same tab click 'Settings' and check you haven't blocked pop ups from that site.

IE is a terrible browser, you might as well make the transition to Firefox>>

Click on tools in explorer, head for internet options then click on delete, that should clear you cache of pictures an s**t. sounds like your box is full!

Oh, then as said, get firefox!!

I had lot's of problems with Auto Trader a few months ago viewing pics but everything else worked.

Never did get to the bottom of it either. Just started working a day or so later.

No help I know but seeing you mention Auto trader just brought back a bloody frustrating few hours lol.

Would be worth trying this, Maz. I've had issues with AT every now and then. Do you have other sites that have image problems? And also do what MrAtego says - use Firefox instead!

Pistonheads too . . all other sites seem to be fine, however I can see them fine on my other laptop so I know its not the sites ..

Only thing I can think then is that the pop up blocker may be blocking pics, try setting this laptop with the same software as your other if possible.
