undocumented fault code

wonder if anyone can help me im getting a undocumented fault code on my car the code is 04122
anyone got an idea of what this is?
help would be massively appreciated

Ben, what ever did you use to get that relic of a code, a Snap-On orange brick? Any idea what system its on; ECM, UCH, ABS, SRS, Etc
