URGENT!!!!! TORQUE SETTINGS FOR SUSPENSION BOLTS!!!!

hey, im about to lower my clio 1.2 dynamique and i cant find the torque settings for the suspension bolts anywhere, if anyone knows, or has a haynes manual please let me know asap!

for which bolts is that i need them for the top mount and pinch bolts to bolt it to the hub for the front,

Strut to hub - 105nm
Strut upper mounting nut - 60nm

strut to hub are 140nm from memeory, top mount is just nipped

thanks very much, big help, the only other one, just incase i cant get the spring out on the back without undoing the shock, do you know the torque for the back?

If you still need them
Shock lower mounting - 105nm
Shock upper mounting - 20nm

All from the haynes manual.

Thanks, mate huge help fitted my springs today, looks lush thanks for the help, i will buy my own haynes manual eventually haha, just too skint atm!
