V+ signal problem?

Hey all

Having a bit of a problem with my V+ box. Every 3-5 minutes, there is a kind of spike that stops the picture and sound. Any ideas what's causing it. It only happens on one of our boxes (have 3 in total).

Both mine and a mate of mines V+ box does this as well!! Whenever I turn the box on after being powered off it does it. At first I thought it was a problem with the HDMI cable, but I have since found the best way to sort it is to reset the box with the button front left....this then fixes the problem.
