V6 auto tilting mirror thingy

Is it possible to stick one in my 172 or are they controlled by the ecu in a V6.

what auto tinting mirror thingy??? the 172 is pretty much the same spec so it should be standard on a 172 if its standard on a v6. But to be honest i dont have a clue what your on about
