valver Q on what gauge should be doing what

ive just got my car and not had it out on the road yet as have a few problems to sort first.

Please advise whether the below is normal.

figures whilst on the spot.

on first start up the engine reads just under 2 bar pressure.
revving at 3000 rpm goes up to 4 bar
after about 15 mins its dropped to just under 1 bar pressure and at 3000 rpm reads 3 bar

after a good 10 mins the water temp reached exactly half way when the fan come on. was on for about 20 sec and the temp dropped to the below notch.

idle was just under 1000 rpm

i dont know what the left and middle gauge's are coz they both look like oil temp??
the middle one took about 10 mins to register and stayed at 50 degrees

the left gauge(?) didnt come to life at all????

i do have one fuse out, pic of a swiggly line and what looks like a heart monitor!?! i need to replace that...maybe this is the left gauge??

far left is oil level only works as you start the car , middle oil temp, right pressure. pressure sounds about right to me and so does the temp taking forever to move lol
