Viewing PDF's on an iPad

You can do this without any app can you not? With full search functions within the PDF.

Why is there so may PDF viewing apps in the app store and whats the benifit of these?

Also is there a version of PDF viewer thats on an iPad as standard?

Just curious if any of these could help[ with viewing PDFs at work.

Not tried the adobe app. But its free.

iBooks is what i use.

iBooks does everything that any other app will do does it not? Viewing wise.
