water filter?

for the hose pipe where can you get these from and how much are they?
i'm fed up with drying the car in the winter.

It's just arrived yesterday, so not had the chance to use it yet, tomorrow I hope.

They are a little more money than some, but the good thing is, they are rechargeable so you can use it over and over!
