try flushing out the system, if the water goes all thick and creamy coloured again then it wants the head gasket replaced asap before it does any damage to the cylinder head

  Whichever has fuel
Ifi its been stood for a year, I wouldn't have even started it without replacing and flushing all the fluids.

I'd drain it all out, flush it all out with the hosepipe then refill it with plain water. Drive it up to temperature and look at it to see whats going on. Oil is lighter than water so will float in the header tank if there is a water/oil mixing problem.
