Was doing about 80 mph on M6 when the whole car started vibrating, then it suddenly started pulliing left so i broke hard and indicated accross and ended up on the hard shoulder. At first i thought that i might have a flat tyre.
I stuck hazards on and checked the tyres, all were fine, there was smoke from the wheels, so i looked under the bonnet, to make sure it wasnt the engine, all was fine. i came to the conclusion that the smoke was from braking hard. I turned the car over and it started normally, i drove forward about 20m and all was fine, i took it up to 60mph then got back into the first lane, all was fine. drove another 60 miles and ive had no more trouble.
What could this be, a sign of something on the way out?
