The course I'm currently doing at college involves basic lathe/mill work, so I can appreciate the skill that guy has.

Cracking video. Sent to a few friends as well. There's nothing like a custom steel frame.

Seems almost rude to have it treated and sprayed orange. IMO i'd want it raw, just to show off the attention to detail and the crispness of steel welds as a pose to aluminium welding.

Brilliant video. Love all the jigs he's got, so he can just bolt it down and weld it up, knowing it's all in tolerance. DTI'ing the tube then lathing it so its perfectly cylindrical. Beautiful finished piece.
