What air filter?

ive just bought a 172 cup which has some pants induction kit on, what's the best to get? Either a decent induction or buy a standard box with a decent element?

I've just put an airfilter similar to the one Dan's put above. Think the sound is a bit intrusive and OTT, don't suppose the filter has anything to do with this is it? More the elbow/silicon setup? Want to tone mine down but like the look of it at the mo!
