Use one of those little special cloths you get with plasma/lcd TVs, sure you must be able to buy them at curry/dixons/online etc.

Other than that, I use the softest cotton t-shirt i have just to take any dust off.

I use a karcher pressure washer, as long as you cover the electrical parts with some clingfilm it's all good.

Saying babywipes aren't really strong....Abi was wiping my face for a couple of mins and it was stinging like f**k! Although I have heard of it before tho....mine is covered in marks but I just haven't tried anything as I don't want to f**k it up lol
