What Should I Do options please!!

i have decided to change my rear bumper what option should i do.

This is it currently

My options are: this is with a 172 bumper i what you think i should do.

Option 3, or option 4 with the exhaust not cut into the bumper as high.

option 4 with the pipes sitting below the bumper and change the lights to mk2 i can probably even get you a set cheap
