Standard BF2 or BF2 SF?

Just ordered SF so I have a wider choice the servers I can join.

Battle field 2 SF is the expansion pack....you need the original game to play it.

I know, I thought they played different maps or can you play as SAS or a SEAL with normal assault and ant-tank troops?

I've ordered a copy from Play.com, just curious to see what people think about it.

Meh just gives you some extra maps classes probably. thats all.

Lol you gotta laugh but someone should read a bit next time All the online stores i looked at say something like :-

The original game is needed to play this expansion

FYI I've got BF2, the only reason I bought the SF expansion is that most servers seem to have upgraded to it.

Gives you additional maps, additional fighting forces and additional wepaons. Ranking system include new ribbons and medals specifically for SF.

New weapons can be unlocked in BF2 SF and then used in the vanilla game.
