What to look for when buying a valver

What are the main things you should look out for buying a Clio 1.8 16v as I am in the market and would like to get a nice 1!

Check the buyers guide on the main cliosport site (Hit the logo at the top of the forum)

Make sure its ot a 2.0ltr 16v Willy engine lol

Just the norm really mate, make sure its got history, check the rear arches for rust as they are prone to this, any accident damage etc

Clutch will feel really heavy but this is normal

make sure tyre wear is even

Check condition of seats/pedals and steering wheel to make sure it tallys with milage

Just go on your gut instinct mate, youve got a fairly big budget so take ya time and dont rush into buying the 1st one you see.

I did and bought a cheap dog on 130k but then i wanted to spend money on it and do the willy converion etc
