Wheel spacers

Quite simply, are wheel spacers a good idea?

I run 19mm hubcentric front and back with a long stud and nut kit. Never had a problem.

If you’re using the car for track Steve, I suggest the best thing to do if it hasn’t been done already is polybush all the engine and gearbox mounts. This made a big difference for me, however you do get more vibration through the car.

Ok mate, I'll think about that. What year and mileage is your car and I assume its a sport 197?

2010 200 with 55k.

Oh cool. That's low mileage. Ours is a 2008 with 93,000. Should be able to deal with track days though do you think?

Yes all up to date. Service every 5k miles and I always change gearbox oil too.
