Where Can I Get...

Ok, i'm looking for two cleaning products at the moment.
Just not sure where to get them from.

First one is a wheel cleaning wand / drumstick, made from sheepskin. Main reason is for cleaning the inner rim.
VxrMarc used one on his Nurburgring 3 month detail:

Second product im after is a plastic cleaner. Not a plastic dressing like AG Bumper Care but something to actually clean the plastic.
