they are genuine renault ones i think they are double optic lamps. ask the local dealer and show them the pic they should be able to help

and I remember seing a japanese clio tuning site with exactly that headlamp, but one of the optics lights removed to make way for a mean looking air inlet tract. Now THAT would be extra cool..

for a copious amount of grovelling, I may be persuaded to waste an hour looking for said jap site...

no that wasnt it. Basically they previously had a picture of the headlamp as shown at the top of the thread, but one of the optics had been removed and replaced by a black inlet. It looked very neat and would be excellent as it would feed air straight into the filter. I dont know if we can do this in the UK re. MOT. I guess that as long as you have a main light MOT is ok?
