which head unit

am getting a new 182 soon and thinkin of getting a new head unit.i have 2 in mind, sony mex 1hd(the one wiv the hard drive) or the cdxm9900(32k graphics)?

Just ordered a CDX 9900...hopefully it will sound as cool as it looks!!

i got me a pioneer deh 5530 its awesome, plays MP3 CDs. Fitted really easy too. Just need an adaptor for the ariel.

drop the idea of a sony head unit, they are not very good

alpine, pioneer or nakamichi are the 3 best IMHO

but by the sounds of it, you couldnt care about SQ, so go ahead, choose either of the sony units

Installed the Sony CDX9900 today and well impressed..it looks very nice in replacment of the std sh*te!!

Great features and sounds better with my infinity speakers!

Now all i gitto do is plumb in the amp and sub to get that extra kick.
