Which headunit is the best?

  Clio MK2 1.2 16v
I've decided that I want to purchase a aftermarket headunit so I can play all my music through USB because I'm forever changing CD's. I checked out the Halfords website and found they are having some kind of audio sale and came across these two:

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/..._productId_818317_langId_-1_categoryId_165474
http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/...uctId_869219_langId_-1_categoryId_237503#tab2

However, I'm wondering which one will be best? I also noticed the Kenwood says it comes with a cage but the Sony doesn't so would I need to buy a cage for the Sony? Also, what adaptor would I need to purchase for the stalk controls?

Thanks.

I have an alpine ida-x100, can't praise it enough. Absolutely amazing stereo. It has been made for iPod only and USB obviously only, no cd. But I ran my cable through the dash board and into the glove box as the port is at the back of the stereo.

Plug you iPod in and you control your iPod from the stereo, search tracks, artists playlists so on, has Bluetooth. Shows all the album artwork on the screen, wouldn't buy any other stereo other than alpine, but that's just me :)
