In the end which option of damper / spring rates did you all get:-

Oil
Gas
Double adjustable
etc..

Whats your feedback after having them for a while...

I'd personally go with their base oil units, no emulsified gas options or anything.

On the road they are more than adj enough, their rebound/compression damping ratios are great and you wont overheat them without using slicks and long track sessions, or having them set soft and rolling around with alot of stroke.

road, 225lb, track 250 minimum.

I run 300 on my mk1 clio on base oil units, but corrected damping rates...its onyl slightly stiffer but it isnt a daily road car. Even then, on its hardest setting its surprisingly supply, you'd think i was lying until you tried it.

I'd think you were lying if you said it had anything apart from a steel rod in there - your car is hard! :rasp:
