which parts are programmed to the ecu?

i've just got a replacement engine for my car,the engine still has all the sensors and wiring attached with the wiring being disconnected from the fuse box.i'm going to take the ecu of and put my one on so the immobiliser will work.will this cause any problems with any other sensors?the throttle body is meant to be programmed to my ecu but i've been told how to do these manually.are their any other sensors "coded" to the ecu?
