Whine from the engine bay on Clio 200 (video attached)

My old 200 had that too, nothing to worry about and won't affect performance or anything. It's that black round thing in your video above the dipstick, can't remember the name of it.

Any idea what this noise is?!?

Started getting this noise from the engine on cold mornings - just wondering if anyone can tell me how expensive it sounds!?! Thanks!

Just in case anybody had the same problem, it was the dipstick that was lose and causing the the noise lmao
