Whistling

i have a clio sport 172 fase 2.
The problem is that during a ride i always hear a whistling sound, its like someone is blowing on a whistle, i only hear the sound between 6000-7000 rpm. is this sound normal???

I used to get that whistling sound - it was a good way of telling that you had 1k rpm to go! I dont think it is a defect....

It stopped when I replaced the OEM exhaust
