I just got quoted 3k for insurance on a 52 plate cup!! lowest Ive had is 1100!!

Depends.

They gave me a quote £400 less than anyone else on a Valver.. but they couldnt quote me on a Williams..

Varies with each person just like every insurance company.

For instance, there are a fair few of us with valvers insured through them, as they are very cheap for that car.

But, no-one is insured through them on a Williams as they require a tracker, which most other insurers dont demand......
