Why Won't My File Open?

Meh I had a call in today from a user that couldn't get into citrix on her thin client. Dumb bint was in citrix already and couldn't work out why her citrix prog neighbourhood icon was!!!

Oh and top it all off we have a machine in the lunch area for the internet and some users logged a call to say it's locked. I asked what she saw on the screen "press ctrl alt del to begin" well do that and input the username and pass on the screen. Username being library.. 10 mins later she comes up claiming it still didn't work... Go down to see she can't spell library and was putting libary... Someone shoot me?

total file path is what counts.. especially on a network drive..

Yes I know you knew.. I was just stating the obvious as I get the same thing at my work.

The filing system was designed before I started working there... now its a nightmare as its all tied into other applications.

Not my prob though.

Looks like your users need some training.
