Window Tint Sunstrip

If i cut the window tint film from halfords and put it on my windscreen, would it look like so : (cheers Fred )

also would it pass an mot. IIRC if a sunstrip touches the wipers then it fails and MOT but this would be a tint on the inside of the screen and it wouldnt touch the wipers, so would it pass ??

no because although it says it cant touch the wipers thats basically to make sure its not too low. If the wipers go over it then it is classed as too low and will fail. an i hope ur jus puttin a sunstrip on an not actually tinting ur windscreen as that is illegal.
