Windows boot manager help

  Clio200 EDC Lux
Right peeps got a small problem.

I used to have Winxp installed on C drive and Vista(beta) on D drive, when I boot my pc I would have the windows boot manager to choose which one to load up.

The other night I removed vista from my D drive and reformatted. But I still have the windows boot manager asking me which version I want to load.

Any ideas on how to remove the boot manager?

Not completely sure but try going to the recovery console by inserting your Windows XP disc and reboot and type "fixmbr" at the prompt/
